by John Yazo

The use of organic liquid fertilizers are safe and are a every effective way to give plants the nutrients they need without harming them and organic liquid fertilizers wont increase the acidity in the soil.

There are two methods that liquid organic fertilizers are applied. It can be sprayed on the plants foliage or applied around the plant like you would apply compost tea. Both methods supply the plant with the same nutrients. The only difference between the two methods is that the spray application gets absorbed into the plant quicker and the tea method gets absorbed into the soil before the plant can benefit from it.

There are many different types of liquid fertilizers. Fish emulsion, compost tea and kelp are just a few.

Liquid organic fertilizers can be applied every two weeks to a month during the growing season to give your plants added nutrients that they can be absorbed by the plant quicker than the granular forms of fertilizer.
